You may remember the post on my appearance on Channel 9 here in Oklahoma, or maybe you saw us! As promised, below are the shots I took that day pretending to shoot Kyla and Abby in a “session.”  I paid no attention to settings or focus most of the time. It was all a sham for the camera.

These are straight out of the camera – no processing at all. Some actually turned out good – some, not so much.

And some just make me laugh. Enjoy!

… these boots are gonna walk all over you.

Yes, I bought my dog boots. I’m tired of all the mud. My backyard has some areas that are all mud and no grass, and Kyla always seems to find those areas with a vengeance at the most inopportune times.

So I got boots. Dog boots. So shoot me.

Getting her sea legs…

She walked like she was in high quicksand at first. Wish I had a video camera.

Today is not only April Fool’s Day, but it’s Abby’s Day, too. Abby is my mom and dad’s golden. She is 3 today. In honor of cute little Abby, here’s a little video of some of her cutest photos. Some with her best bud, Kyla, too.  (there is audio, so turn up your speakers!)

I wish it would snow like this in Oklahoma.

Maybe you’ve seen this before, but it still warrants sharing – thanks to one of my frequent commenters and fellow dog photographers (who’s amazing by the way!), Grace Chon.

I was forwarded this heartwarming video today. It is video of a soldier’s dogs greeting him after coming home from 14 months’ service.

It made me smile.
