It’s Doggie Day Care tonight at my house. The parents are at the Oklahoma City Thunder game, so Abby is here for a visit.

I had to get out the camera and try for some low light shots. They are so funny together.

I think of these as organic – a little grainy, not-so-perfect, but then again, perfect. Because they capture the two girls as they are together.

Don’t worry, Abby wasn’t hurt in the capturing of this image. Kyla tends to play a little mouthy, Abby doesn’t seem to mind most of the time. Kyla, you look so wild!

This is Kyla trying out the new hall rug. Guess she approves.

Yes, this photo is grainy. I don’t mind it.

When you have low light this is what you get. But somehow in certain black and whites I think it looks good. Has a film-quality to it. Kind of scratchy and old-looking.

You can really set a mood with your grain. Try it!
