This little guy has got to be the most popular subject I’ve photographed. Every time I come across his photos it makes me smile.
So I decided to share his photobook that was ordered by his “grandparents.” Enjoy!

- We discovered Melissa at an Art Fair on Labor Day and decided to do our daughter's two dogs (Mama and Zeplynn)- each their own book - as a surprise for Christmas. We were working with Melissa to secretly photograph them (and almost were caught several times in the process) when my daughter surprised us, she had a new puppy - "Hoss". Melissa then worked with us to catch Hoss's photos also and make a third book. Each book to us is like "grandkid" pictures and **Melissa has a way to capture the essence of each dog** - she captures the little things most would never see. The dogs loved her too. The books are incredible and wonderful but Hoss as you can see was even more special - maybe because he was new to the family - or maybe it was all the incredible shots of his personality that Melissa captured. Melissa made it all fun and the process painless and even helped us be secretive and surprise my daughter.... Then Christmas came and we finally unveiled the gifts and my daughter and son-in-law were totally speechless then they couldn't quit talking about them - showed them to everyone over and over --- THIS WAS AN AWESOME GIFT - not only to them but to the "grandparents" also. THANK YOU VERY MUCH MELISSA!!!
